An important detail about titles

In older neighborhoods of Santo Domingo East and North, many properties still have a constancia anotada (an annotated share of a larger parcel) instead of an individual Certificado de Título. We prefer surveyed titles, but a constancia doesn’t always rule you out. If that’s your situation, say so in your application and we’ll tell you what options exist.
